The Empire Ballroom is a beautiful and traditional rectangular banquet room accommodating up to 250 guests in style, configurable into three separate areas. Featuring a wide pre-function foyer, the Empire ballroom is reached from four double door entries from the foyer which overlooks a distinctive courtyard accented with arched cathedral-style windows.

Perfect for an elegant wedding reception or special banquet, arched ceilings, crystal chandeliers, champagne scrolled wallpaper, jewel-toned oriental style carpet, and a champagne colored ceiling make an elegant statement. The Westminster Ballroom accommodates up to 400 wedding or banquet guests for a plated meal and with a dance floor. Ballroom windows feature louvered shutters, and neutral two-toned scrolled wallpaper is a perfect backdrop for crystal jeweled chandeliers and the jewel-toned oriental style carpet.

The L-shaped Westminster Ballroom is reached from two double door entries from a large pre-function foyer area accented with crown molding and chair railing. Easily accessible from the underground parking garages, the versatile Westminster Ballroom divides into two separate areas and offers doublewide loading door access to the parking lot.

Ideal for small to medium weddings, the Williamsburg Ballroom is a traditional rectangular space accommodating up to 125 guests in banquet style for a plated meal and a dance floor.

Featuring wallpaper and jewel-toned carpeting reflecting an oriental flair, the Williamsburg Ballroom offers crown molding and chair railings, recessed lighting on dimmers and is accessible via three double door entries from a pre-function foyer space. This elegant space divides into three separate parts and offers convenient access to the main hotel lobby, restaurants, and underground garages.

The Papillon Room offers a unique European Bistro design for up to 150 guests in banquet style. Featuring cathedral-style windows and mirrors, perimeter Tiffany lighting and stained glass lighting above a pavered dance floor, the Papillon Room offers a stylish modern ambience.

Black marble tables seat 4, 6, and 8 guests, and a private attached room is available for buffet and bars. The Papillon Room connects to the courtyard, with access from the main lobby.

An excellent choice for smaller weddings or special events, the outdoor Courtyard accommodates up to 100 guests in banquet style for a plated meal and including a small dance area. The all-brick open-air courtyard offers a garden venue with flowering trees and hanging baskets surrounded by the hotel’s arched perimeter architecture. Ideal for rehearsal dinners and cocktail receptions, the Courtyard is reached from the main lobby and also connects to Papillon.
